My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and find more helpful ways of living. By applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches and techniques, we’ll unearth unhelpful behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I offer a collaborative and client-centered approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs and cultural background to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
Some of my specialties include grief & loss, counseling and behavior modification for children, teens, & adolescents, co-parenting through divorce, early psychosis symptom management, support & psychoedcation for caregivers of family members with psychosis or bipolar, LGBTQQI support & advocacy, and family conflict resolution.
I specialize in CBT and CBT for psychosis. A lot of my training and focus includes child & adolescent counseling, early psychosis assessment and treatment, support and psychoeducation for caregivers, and working with Queer youth and families.
